Troubleshooting

The problems people actually hit, grouped by where they hit them. Most confusion traces back to a term with a precise meaning, so the Glossary is worth a look first.

Setup

My Domain Context came out thin. The model is built from the documents in Contents, not from the description field. Add more material: each kind of document fills in a different side of the model.

Scanning is slow. It scales with codebase size. On a large repository, use .mobioosinclude to start with one bounded area.

Does Mobioos have access to my source code? No. Under the IP Proof architecture, scanning and mapping run in your editor through Forge, with models and storage you choose. Source code is never sent to the Mobioos Fusion SaaS.

Forge

Forge does not see my project. Check the status bar: it shows the selected organization and user. You may be in the wrong organization, or in your personal workspace.

An inference is wrong, or incomplete. Correct it, refine it, or add a Marker by selecting the right code yourself. Richer contents in the Domain Context also lift inference quality across the board.

My editor is not supported. Map your codebase once in a supported IDE, then use the Forge npm package from any editor.

Connectors

The figures look older than my last deployment. Open the connector's scheduler history in the Service Connections panel, and trigger a run if needed.

A connector shows nothing on the graph. Check its toggle in the Service Connections panel: it controls what the graph displays.

Statistics

A figure is empty. Figures derived from connectors need a connector attached. Those derived from code appear as soon as a scan completes.

Data item reads "No connector data available". Nothing is attached to that part of the model yet. It is a coverage gap, and a pointer to what to connect next.

Access

How do I invite a colleague? From Members, at organization level or on a Domain Context. An invitation needs an email address, a team, and the roles you want to grant.

I shared a link and the person cannot open it. Share copies a link, it does not grant access. Invite them first.

I cannot delete my project. A project can only be deleted once all of its Domain Contexts are gone. Delete them first, from each context's configuration.
